The aim is to provide you with the skills and knowledge to help you on your meditation and mindfulness home practice journey.
Practice is the key to getting started and gaining confidence. So during these sessions we will practice together. Discussions, Q& A, tips and tricks and the following will be included in these Meditation sessions:
Suggested home practices will be offered and journaling encouraged.
For those interested the Meditation Circle will continue after the 4 weekly sessions on a Monthly basis with once per month meetings.
Audrey D’Souza will facilitate and lead this group and along with her Yoga Teacher Training Qualifications with the IYTA has been teaching Meditation for many years.
